E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Website Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all of our cloud website hosting plans, will let you forward any e-mail in the account to a second one without any difficulty. You can do this either during the creation of a brand new email address or at any time later in case you choose that you'll need this function. During the process, you are able to decide if you need a copy of the email messages to be maintained on the server. This way, you'll have a backup and you will avoid the probability to lose an e-mail message if the forwarding is to an outside address, which is temporarily unavailable. This option can be activated and disabled any time, and when you use e-mail for critical matters, it is best to use it, since no data of the e-mails are kept on the server if the option is not enabled. If you determine that you don't need forwarding any longer, it will take only a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address located in our system can be very easy if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and it'll not require you more than a couple of mouse clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to monitor the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where your messages are going to with a glance. The option can be enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a helpful option that we provide - a copy of the emails being relayed through our servers can stay on the server. In this way, you will always have a backup copy of your incoming e-mail messages and you'll not need to worry about loss of any information. In case you keep this option deactivated, you risk losing e-mails when there is a problem with the remote email address.
